Our guidelines lay out the safety measures implemented from September 2021 in order to keep our staff, children and customers safe as classes continue to run, in a COVID safe environment.
Each of our venues has a separate entrance and exit with a one-way system in place to keep the flow around the building.
All participants are required to have a temperature check upon arrival and hands must be sanitised before entering the dance studio.
Each child will have their own dance mat creating a “dance island” for the individual. Within our large teaching area, these mats have been additionally placed a minimum of 2 metres apart, thus allowing even more space to in which to dance. Freshly cleaned and sanitised mats will be provided for each session. All staff members have clear cleaning instructions to ensure a COVID safe environment for all.
Children will be asked to arrive ready for class and extra space has been provided for that “quick change”.
No personal belongings will be left on the premises, thus helping to minimise any risk. Where possible, all room doors and windows will remain open to increase air ventilation and minimise the risk of touch-point transference.
Each venue has been adapted to comply with government/council rulings and has been given permission from respective local councils for classes to continue to run.
